GIVE BACK TO YOUR COMMUNITY! or at least GIVE BACK TO YOUR EMPLOYEES! This is sad. This is outraging to know this is happening and you as a company should be ashamed of yourselves. I watched this poor girl walk away with tears.If you are going to be wasteful and throw away food at least give them to your employees who i am sure are working hard to support their families, let them bring the "COMFORT" of your food to their families at home. It is VERY VERY UNFORTUNATE to know that there is so many hungry families and so many homeless people that could take advantage of this food that is being wasted and thrown away in the TRASH! Over 100 FULL dishes thrown away each in everyday at closing time! BUT what threw me back the most was witnessing this employee trying to grab a plate of food before they dumped it and getting humiliated and scolded by the manager about grabbing food for herself after her shift(this was well after closing, waiting for my mom to finish her desert). WONDER why the prices of the buffet have increased drastically. Yesterday my mother and i went to OUR favorite buffet(about 8:20pm) food is still fresh and coming out, the food is delicious as always but we walked out DISGUSTED by the amount of food they waste and throw away when they close.
